the hotel offered a central location with various amenities (like an aquapark and gymnasium). pools, a beach, and restaurants provided plenty of options. the animation team organized nice activities. i want to thank the reception team.
the excursion representatives approached guests sitting on sunbeds too often. they did not accept a no for an answer. i think the staff should respect my time better.

i enjoyed the helpful staff. wael and ayman at reception were very helpful. ayman acknowledged us often, and looked after our requests well. it reminded me of a valued experience because of ayman and other staff from the beach, pools, bars, and restaurant.
the rooms are worn. the headboard and sofa bed had stains. loud music played from the show stage until late. it was not ideal for those looking for quiet evenings.

the hotel has multiple pools. pools are interconnected, offering various areas to relax. the beach setup is good, and it made relaxation easy with a good setup.

the hotel staff provided very polite service. mr ahmed answered all our questions and ensured we had a wonderful stay. the front office team and mr sameh offered perfect hospitality.

cold foodpushy entertainment team
i found the entertainment team very pushy they kept asking me to write reviews because they have targets to meet. the food was often cold and lacked flavor despite many choices. western guests often cut in line and used their hands to grab food at lunch and dinner. it was difficult to find available seats during meal times around the pool guests would reserve spots with towels all day even if they weren't present.

The location was convenient, right next to several shops (I bought some souvenirs there).
The gym was a real letdown. It only had a couple of old machines. Some of them were out of order. It was a disappointing workout space.

mr. mahmoud at reception was helpful! he upgraded our rooms free from standard to pool view. he also assisted in finding my son's lost goggles by reviewing the security footage. he even provided us with lunch bags for the bus after we checked out. the entire staff was cheerful and always eager to help.

The resort includes an aquapark plus a sea area, and a pool. All offered great activities for both kids and adults. several pools are available allowing guests to select different ambiences! the hotel also has night activities.

the food had great taste plus there was plenty of variety with different dishes every day. the chefs deserve special thanks for their culinary skills. the all inclusive buffet had a good variety of dishes consistently.

the room was perfect, clean, and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. it was located on the third floor. amenities were accessible and in good working condition.
